I’m a women-specific personal trainer dedicated to helping women feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies. My approach is supportive, realistic, and tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your training to the next level.
I offer both online coaching and in-person personal training in Chester, giving you flexible options that fit around your lifestyle. My sessions are designed to build strength, improve fitness, and support long-term health, without pressure, intimidation, or one-size-fits-all plans. I focus on training that is effective, empowering, and sustainable.
I understand that every woman’s body, background, and goals are different. That’s why I take the time to get to know you, creating programmes that work with your life, not against it. Alongside training, I offer guidance on habits, mindset, and consistency, helping you build confidence both inside and outside the gym.
My mission is to create a safe, encouraging space where women can prioritise themselves, feel proud of what their bodies can do, and enjoy the process of getting stronger.
