Our gym at Bluecoat Sports is a fully equipped gym spread across two floors and extending into our outdoor Fitness Yard. We have state-of-the-art Matrix and Escape Fitness equipment, plus a free weights area with dumbbells up to 50kg, barbells, squat racks, glute trainers and a wide range of pin-loaded resistance machines. We also have a dedicated treatment room with professional sports massages.
